Our idea on training is typically against the norm, which makes our workouts fun and different. Workouts are most often completed within group classes, which has a 10 person cap per class. This provides you with the attention from the trainer that is necessary for your safety and success.
To get started in the CrossFit Program you must complete Foundations. At CrossFit Pure, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the CrossFit Pure Community before you start your first group class.
